It took a while for me to realize that the school club that he was faculty advisor for was a RELIGIOUS club too...how can there be a public school sponsored religious club?

In that context the religious club antics really don't factor into the whole thing too much, of course they're going to be talking religion in a religious club!  BUT it still doesn't excuse the other problems he's caused.  The report cites statements from the science teachers in the higher grade levels complaining that they basically have to start over with students from his classes, because of the crap he was feeding them.</description>
