you know how sometimes I want to know about the actual pictures? well, I accidentally found out about this one,seems some followers of Christ were condemned to be crucified for being heretics or back taxes or something, and they requested not to be crucified like Christ, but upside down, because they were not worthy or some such nonsense. dead is dead, but apparently they wanted to make one more statement.
