It does NOT mean the pope can never do or say anything wrong, only that there is no possibility of errors in “solemn papal definitions or ex cathedra teachings”, i.e. it has to be explicitly invoked beforehand.
This has, in fact, been done exactly ONCE since the doctrine of papal infallibility was defined by the first Vatican council in 1870.
Not that I think very much of the pope or the catholic church, but mocking something in a way that clearly proves you know absolutely nothing about it other than what it’s called makes you look like a total moron.
